Cabbage Apple Pear Chinese Style Salad

I came up with this recipe when I had a craving for the Okami Chinese Style Salad kit that you can purchase at Costco. The thing is, I did not want to make the drive to Costco and I usually toss out the wonton strips and crispy noodles. So now I am left with salad dressing, marinated chicken, and almond silvers. I think the two things that make this salad is the marinated chicken and the tasty salad dressing. The marinated chicken still needs testing, but the salad dressing is good to go.

The dressing has a light, fresh flavor to it. A little goes a long way. Add the combination of crunchy cabbage, sweet Asian pears, and pop of sesame seeds and almonds adds the finishing touch to this salad.
